Default fog lights question

i got a old fasica from the junkyard with the option for fog lights(i guess thats a way to put it) ne ways, orginally my car doesn't have them, any suggestions as to how to make them a working part on the car, should i run wires from it and tap into the fuse box...something? need best advice, and yes i know i will need a switch
P.S. looked in haynes manual...couldn't quite find enough info
Thanks Cheers

heres a problem though. not all Neons came with the wiring INSIDE the car. so you would have to figure out how to run that part of the wiring. i was going to swap my my dads fog bumper onto my car until i realized that i dont have the wiring inside the dash for fogs.

also if they didnt come on there stock and you dont have the wiring, you wont have the switch that goes next to the defroster

if you just want them to look clear for a little while then you can clean them with CLR or something and alot of elbow grease. but its easier to just buy the Diamond Clears from Modernperformance.
