Default horsepower

today i dynoed my car and amazingly enough i have 130 hp and all i have is a glasspack muffler, aluminum head, headers, and, iradium sparkplugs. about how much would it cost to get a racing cam and new pistons on it then a turbo.

Post the dyno. How much torque did you have? I would assume this is a DOHC engine. And all the neons heads are aluminum.

well its a racing polishedaluminum head. i need to post it tommorrow cuz i am doing 2 more pulls tommorrow. and no its a sohc

Who polished the head? What header (singular) are you running and what was the torque?

im a ****ing retard, dont ask where i got 130 from i found my chart from a few months ago befoe i threw a rod[:@]. here is the old one.

lol i tought i would never see the red x guy....isn't 130 what sohc's have stocki know it's a little less or more depending on the car but damn 130 is a bad number with that stuff....i agree what was the torque....im at atleast 150hp at the crankshaft but it probably more like120-125hpto the ground.....my stratus has 175tq allmost 100 tqmore then a stockcivic.....i think neons have 150tq stock right?....it might be less

oh and to get new pistons and turbo it.....your looking at $4500 if your cheap. my strats build is going to cost$10,000+ and will probably be more but i will have to get custom **** made like axles and other parts....butwhen i do it i am shooting for 500hp[>:]....so you don't have to worry about that $10,000....but that turbo stuff adds up if you get your parts new and not off ebay
