are ebay rims always junk? i was looking at a set of adr wheels. if you search for neon 5 lug a whole bunch of them come up at like $640 shipped with tires mounted.

yeah makes sense i guess. hey do you remember when ebay was full of 100% garunteed parts and no scams? no... me either. lol. guess its better to get 15s anyway so you dont add weight or lessen acceleration.

whats the exact size of the rims on a 98 expresso. i wanna get rims but still be able to use the tires on the stock rims now because they are brand new.
