Default changing cam seal

Alright the oil is leaking around the cam seal we figured it out. So what all do you have to do to change it? Do you have to remove the cylinder head? What all gaskets will I need to buy? Just give me all the info on what will have to be done so I can relay it to my sister. She is trying to figure out if it is worth fixing, because its in pretty bad shape and she doesn't want to put a ton of money in it. Thanks for the help

No,the cylinder head don't need to be removed. Just the timing belt and sprocket. And remove the seals.
