Default Where should I go from here...

Ok I need some advise where to go from here...
for those of you that dont know my set up here we go....

1995 ACR Neon with a 1996 SOHC motor swapped in along with all the wiring so I do have 2 plugs to my computer not 1 long one...

atx tb
custom front mount intercooler style cai
AMM box manifold ported port matched and injector humps removed.
95 cam
mpp pcm
pacesetter header
2.5' catless exaust to duel out muffler
MPx UDP
Solid race Motor mounts
Bobble strut from Dohc setup.
Soon to need to block off egr for box manifold.

I'm starting to get to the point power wise that I have to spend some money to get what I want...

the only things I can think of is...

kirk long tube but I really should just do a mid lenth so i dont lose bottom end I think the Box manifold will add enuf up top.

Bigger throttle body

bigger cam

Dohc piston swap. dont really want to spend that much for this untill i can afford to just rebuild with forged parts...

anything else im missing???

Just before I putmy turbo on, I roasted a80sSS Monte Carlo with just a Cold Air Intake, shorty header, TB Spacer and Glass Pack, I can't tell you how proud I was of my car to wax that slug.

I think if you want real power and you want it now get a Turbo, Mitsubishi TE04s can be found pretty cheap and well worth the cash, well built and probably hold their own pretty damn well against a Hahn grade Mitsu Turbo. You can blow your motor with one of these TE04s so I guess it puts out enough boost, the guy I got mine from ran 16 psi and blew his 2.0up.

If you are somewhat resourcefull building your own turbo kit isnt too bad.

Well if you stay NA then about the only thing you can do is rip the motor apart! and all of the NAtune jobs require alot more money than a Turbo can be had for. But if so I'd start here:

Rip the engine apart!

Use DOHC Pistons

GetstrongerRods

Balance crank, rods and pistons at local Machine shop, Car Quest does this too.

Now on to the head...

Bigger cam

Port 'n Polish the head

Shave the head

Get Bigger valves

Get or make a better intake manifold and use no more than 60mm Throttle Body and use a Throttle body Spacer (really does work!).

Now I'm not sure how much you can shave the head or how big of valves you can get but I'm sure somebody here has done this.

To Me getting Forged pistons, Rods,Balance thecrankand a turbo set up is alot cheaper and more bennificial. Hell just throw the turbo on with everything stock and get a better fuel pump and rising rate regulator and your pushing more than you could Naturally Aspirated.

apc stickers too kidding
uh to add to slash's
port matched head
cam gears
10:5:1 pistons instead of dohc

if you do anyboring at all, its not the size that matters, its the roundness and great ring seal
when i usta race karts i would always have the fastest motor and i had stock bore size, it was just so round, my motor builder had it like .000017 round, and a very good ring seal. We could put the oil (lub-tek dyno Q) (very very lig1htweight) on top of the piston with the head off and let it sit over nite and not loose one little drop of oil, we had some very strong motors
But I guess its all up to you and money wise

make sure that if you ever decide to get JE pistons, tell the shop to make sure to measure the roundness of every pistons individually....no JE pistons areEXACTLY the same bore diameter...just a for warning
