Default rigging up an axle?

well, i got the engine back in my green Neon. but i still dont have a transmission and wont till like August or late June. meanwhile though, its a mess. and i would like to be able to roll it outside of my garage to do some cleaning and body work and such that i cant do in my garage due to space. is there anyway to rig up axles for the front so that i can indeed roll it outside?

Jack it up from the center, then pull it outside, or maybe get some car dollys under the sub frame to push it around.

just throw the wheels back on the hubs, no need for axles then!

so since i have the tie rods and everything else connected to the control arms, i wont need an "axle" to keep the wheels straight?

I got a half sheet of 1/2' ply wood I had laying around and a 2x4 and went down and got 16 swivel wheels from ace hardware for like 22 bucks then made 4 dolly's... I just jack the car up put a wheel on each dolly and I can move the car however I want including sideways if needed... I havea small garage and it really helps when i need the extra space on one side of the car... as long as your driveway is straight it would work... if its on a slope... good luck chaseing after your car...lol

true...
it wont hurt anything not having the axels in the car....
the tie rods are what keeps the wheels straight.....the axels just turn them
