look what i started!
well i got bored and couldnt do any work on my car so i started to take all the roughness off the outside surface of the intake manifold.
its alot of work and a mess.

you should port&polish the inside too.

that **** takes hours and hours and hours to port the inside. of course i made a spacer and had to trim it up at the same time wich was the hard part. rite now im polishing the entire outside wich is even more of a pain on the runner part of the manifold. if you do the whole thing a dremel tool and a die grinder will be on your list of tools that you have used way to much and wouldnt care if you ever touched again
ok since this is about intake manifolds i have seen a spacer that goes on the manifold between the two parts of the manifold .. i think i heard somethign about a Plenum spacer,, can you use this spacer and a TB spacer??
i dont quite remember the spacer or the point im sure it was some Peformance

so i decided that i dont have enough time to finish it. so im prolly just gonnna get a new intake manifold and do it to that one.
