try something
hold the rpm steady without moving for a bit, and see if it sticks then, maybe it's a slow stick (know what i mean? it only sticks after being in one spot for a bit)
if not that, i would say it sounds like vacuum, as pushing the brake pulls on the vacuum, and would change something in there, i'm not sure what tho.

i work at an oil shop and have for a number of years now get an actual throttle body spray and clean out the throttle body....or just spend the money and have a lube shop do a fuel system tune up on it, just make sure they be careful when they do it because the chemical tends to get stuck in the valves and can blow a rod or something.......i know from experience lol

look under your hood, check your throttle plate, life up the throttle pulley very slowly....if it feels like its sticking and has black carbon on the inside of the throttle then it needs to be cleaned. also that carbon gets on the injectors and sensors which can cause it to bog out like it does......as for the vacuum lines, anything going into the upper plenum or throttle body.....thats all i can suggest
