short throw shifter from maddogsts.com would be cheaper and shorter.

fuel pump?

howell will probably make you wait 2-3 months for your engine

 

i would do MS (megasquirt) instead of AF/X Computer

 

you cant run the af/f computer with a turbo....so you can knock that off the list
you will need some kind of fuel system
otherwsie, there is plenty of other stuff you can throw on that list

 

i have 3 (yes 3) 255 lph forgot the name... the GOOD ones... walboro fuel pumps

i need to keep one for myself however

plus a stock srt-4 one

i would also add an msd ignition (msd on modern performance) and i like the matching msd coil, instead of the screamin demon, unless the screamin demon is better in some way that i'm not aware of?

 

Dunno if you are willing to switch turbos, but personally I would use the gtrs turbo.... (Garrett gt28rs).

It's what all the euro guys throw on the vw/audi 1.8t and 2.0t engines, and it's ideal for this engine size. The gt35 series probably wouldn't spool til about 3,000 R's because the inlet is too big. Who knows though, it's up to you. Depends on what sort of numbers your planning on pushing out of that beast.

 

If you are serious about this build...

you WILL Megasquirt the car...
you WILL give up on the 2.2 stroker motor and call darrell ***'s racing and have them build you a 2.6 stroker motor for just a little more then the 2.2.. THEN the gt35R will do just fine... it will kick on alot sooner but allow you to stay out of boost if you want...

 

the screamin demon coil is actually an upgraded coil...unlike the MSD which is just a stock coil thats painted red....basically

 

i am serious about this build. and can i say HOLY SNAP ON BATMAN 221.285mph neon thats the number im looking for lol. im looking to build a highway hell raiser. i probly should of included the parts on the car as it sits lol. 255lph walboro fuel pump bigger fuel rail idk what brand, iceman intake, ground kit, so really nothing lol. all items where very help full i deffently have to give darrell ***'s racing a call and se what they want for one. i hope they dont charge too much more then howell does, and thats going to be an srt4 motor i didnt want to get a srt4 i wanted to kinda stay away from the srt4 i bought a first gen. because i grew up with this car.. 1g ne way,
