Default Dodge neon lower end

So I changed my head gasket thinking that was bad. Nope. Still 15psi in #4. So I am in need of a rebuilt/lower mileage lower end. Is anyone willing to build one for me? I will pay them? and buy new parts . I am just about done. I have fixed this thing for the last time. If i have to rebuild the lower end I will just crush it. Otherwise if someone has a short block for sale in good condition hit me up.

Pistons and piston walls seemed great! I took the head in and had it done. I told them to make sure the head was good. this sucks.

no you can not the bolts are tighted past there stretching point when there tightened.

and the mls headgasket melts a bit when you first install it, to seal the head to the block it only melts once

Okay so I pulled it apart. First question. The bearings were all in great shape. I plan to get the crank cleaned up at the shop? Is that right? Okay what about the lip on the top of the cylinder walls. Do I need to remove that? Will the new pistons rings hit that from the dohc pistons and mess it all up? I plan to use the plastigauge. Any other tips while I am in there?
