ok so i dont see why all you guys are saying that my race sucked.. i think that it is truly an even match up actually his car should be alot faster with his 11.1 compression and being 500 lbs lighter..but i think it was pretty even cuz he was only a fender ahead.. i took him off the line by 2 cars adn then his top end started to kick in and kick my ****.. cuz his top speed is like 140 and mine so far is 108 (which is redicoulsly retarted)

i think if driven correctly the race would be really damn close.

 

How is your top speed 108 if you have the Mopar PCM?

If you are racing 1/4 mile, then you should only get to 3rd gear.

 

It would be close, closeto amassacre if I drove your car. If you have to ask us how to shift chances are you don't know what your doing. Not to be an *** hole about it but sheesh I hear slow shifts when I watched all your videos. Floor it and never let up on the gas during shifts, show that 2.4 who's boss. If your quick at shiftingyour not going to fk your tranny up. I laughed my *** off whenI watched "Fast and The Furious" movies, they let off the gas and took 2 seconds to hit the next gear, go kart racers. Ask any guy who lived during the Muscle car Era how to drive a Manual Transmission and they will show you **** you only can dream of. Watch the old Mopars that race the 1/4 mile with the in car cam, it shows those cars bucking forward each shift and you only get that by not letting off the gas when you shift and running your gears out.

You may consider getting a dohc transmission (3.94 transmission), you would kill that crx piece of uglycrap without trying with the nice lower gears.

Just quit losing races! and losing them to piece of **** cars.

 

If you lose to that ugly piece of crap car again... kill your friend and hump his face, I learned this in Battlefield 2142, it works well.

so i got my car to 111 but i had to slow down.. but its going up i just need a longer stretch

 

remove your air cleaner and re-gap your plugs and mark the open end with a marker and make sure that open end faces the intake valves when you tighten your plugs. I guess its supposed to be good for 1hp.

I suppose filling up with 89 octane wouldn't hurt but maybe only have a 1/4 tank of gas when you race for weight concerns, will give you that fender length back.

 

he has the mp pcm he is SUPPOSED to be filling up with 91...

montana doesent have 93 so we settle for 91
