If your car hops up in the air when you accelerate its your cv shafts.... Balanced for the wrong year. Call your local junk yard with your manufacturing date. They will tell you.

Cv joints are either balanced or they are not, I have 24000 miles on my 95 transmission with my original 138,000 Axels. Whoever told you that is full of ****. Chances are your clutch has more vibration than your CV joints are going to. if there is a difference it is so minute that it wont make any difference.
