put a f20a dohc non vtec engine in there neon?If so what will i need im thinking about doing this swap let me know as the f20a dohc non-vtec engine is a 150 horsepower and 139 ft lbs torque engine and i already have it from my accord i was going to swap so let me know if you guys think this would be a good idea?and i know i would need a honda trans i can pick one up at the junk yard so any help would be great thanks

 

yeah it bolts right in. you can use your neon tranny too.

 

does it really i thought i had to buy a diff tranny?because i have a 3spd atx tranny so i will have to go to a 5spd tranny then right?

 

he is being sarcastic....thats the same thing he says when everyone asks about a swap thats a useless idea...

you would need absolutely everything to do the swap and im sure you will need alot of homemade parts and brackets along with shifter assemblies, wiring harnesses, axels, and a hell of alot more...
for the time and money it would take to do the same, wouldnt it be more beneficial to get a dohc neon engine and swap that in? same power as the honda motor

you can always save that honda motor to make a 150 HP unicycle. i have pictures to prove that it can be done.
