Default sparkplug?

was changing my plugs and oil and someother stuff in my 96 sohc before winter and i noticed one of my plugs had enough oil ontop of it to coat my socket wrench. it does not burn oil. what needs done or fixed? and is this what happens before it starts burning oil? if a plug got loose could that have caused it cuz my one plug got loose a few weeks ago and was ticking.

Valve cover, gasket and or spark plug tubes said Fu and died. Easy to get the new gasket at a parts store. Spark plug tubes and VC might be a junkyard thing

A torque wrench is a must in any garage, and so is a Blue Point puller.
