Default please help, this is rather annoying

I swapped to a dohc and everything is good, but when I'm driving I cant really go slow. If I accelerate slowly the car hesitates for a couple seconds,(keeping my foot on the gas still) then it takes off real quick. Like I said if I accelerate really fast then it is fine and drives normal, until I let off the gas. If i am driving at like 55 or whatever, and I let off the gas then push it again, the car kinda kicks or jerks then accelerates.
It doesn't idle weird or anything.
It doesn't hasn't died in reverse or any gear for that matter.
There are no codes.
Autozones scan tool didn't get any codes either.
I have switched the TPS with one that i had around, and it still does the same thing. Maybe both TPS's were junk?
I spray carb cleaner around the intake manifold and that didn't show any signs.
Its got a mopar performance computer in it too
I put my old Sohc computer on it (I didn't start the car tough) and that didn't get any codes either.

could it be anything with the injectors?
maybe a vacuum leak, but i cant find anything i have looked it over multiple times.

what do you guys think?

I have put the Sohc pcm back in and started it and let it run for about 30secs then shut it off, and still no codes found. beside 12 and 55

there is a small leak in the exhaust right between the header and cat meet up, could that be cause all this?

i have switched out the map sensor too. and i put another tps in, not a new one but im pretty sure it is a good senor.

i am running out of ideas, i my last resort is to take it somewhere, and get charged a ton of money i dont really have.
