Exclamation AOBE? MAP Clamp? HELP!!!

I've been online for the past week tryin to find out y my car isnt running correctly. I keep coming up with the MAP sensor being a fault. Several ppl online has suggested to use the AOBE( Adjustable Over Boost Eliminator) and/or the MAP clamp. Same thing i think. I've used these websites to figure out how to build, install and tune them, but for some reason its not working, the computer overrides the "tune" everytime. WHAT AM DOING WRONG?
Can anyone who has used this setup before explain how they did it? (detailed) PLEASE

Fuel systems reads 45-48 lbs
Spark is strong
Car runs fine at "normal" driving speeds
Idles great
All i have at the moment is a mutlimeter.

98 DOHC motor w/SRT4 Turbo Setup
98 DOHC PCM
4 wire MAP from the stock 98 DOHC

Non-turbo 2.4 injectors (salvage)
