So you never heard about the srt-4 eating sending units with e85? I am referring to a dodge neon not a chevy tahoe. I dont want to argue about it. Neons have tiny injectors and a low static fuel pressure. It is what it is. Also just a heads up... The first neon was built in 93, just not sold until 95. I have owned one from 93, pain to get the right axle. Plus this is a mute subject because the OP is asking about mpg increase. using e85 would actually decrease the mpg.

Im not into srt-4's, so never heard about that.
My 99 mod runs 28 mpg with e85 in average and about 38 mpg with 95 oct. So it got enough fuel I gues, but it did not pull as hard, but it smells party when you fill her up
. Use of e85 is on your risk LoganP
Eather your engine blow up, our you get drunk if you stay too long at the pump LOL!
What's up with that right axle? Near a prototype?

People run turbos on motors without the right fuel also. Without a wideband and knock sensor, you have no idea if its hurting the engine. And as far as I am concerned without a dyno chart and video proving its safe, it never happened. One time I ran 30 psi on my srt-4 with 14.1 air fuel and it was detonating all over the place. But the motor was still fine. Any second the motor could of went sky high, but it didn't. Still doesn't make it right. Maybe next time it would of. Maybe.
93 axle:
They had some kind of weird balance to them. I used the 94+ axle and the car would hop almost off the damn ground it was so fricking bad. Couldn't figure it out until I checked the manufacturing date and called the junk yard.

Well, we only raise wheat it this region, corn is a couple hundred miles away. There is a huge shortage of corn this year, prices are sky high for it anyways. If I were to convert, I would like to run compressed natural gas in something someday! Or swap in a little Cat C2.2 diesel engine haha.

Yea usually e85 is only used with cars tuned for it. Its not really an advantage unless the tune is changed to take advantage of the fuel type. For future reference you could just use some accel 24lb/hr injectors and the computer should figure it out on its own. But do it at your own risk.
