Getting Mutliple misfire codes and number 3 cylinder misfire code. Ok I have replaced the cam sensor, all 4 fuel injectors, plugs, wires and the coil. Still idles very rough and of course all the misfire codes. You guys have any ideas on what I should do next? If the timing was off by a tooth could it cause a random misfire code and could a vaccum leak cause this also

I had the timing chain replaced last year but I dont know if he replaced the tensioner or not.The car drives just fine as long as im above about 1200 rpm but runs like crap at idle.I had found that they improperly torqued the valve cover gasket by sprying starter fluid on it but it also could be the exhaust manifold gasket is leaking also.

The exhaust manifold gasket is more then likely your issue. Its making your o2 sensor go crazy. The o2 sensor measure the amount of fuel in the air in the exhaust. When you create a leak before or at the o2 it will cause the sensor to not read correctly, this will make the car run lean and idle rough. Can you explain to me how the starter fluid on valve cover showed you it was leaking? Do you mean the car was running and when you sprayed it the idle would change? Because if that is true I would assume the intake manifold and/or injector seals were leaking not the valve cover gasket, which also can cause these issues (this is a vacuum leak).
