But if your already swapping out PCM's and your still shorting out fuses im gonna say your wiring is going crap on you.

Have you tried to pull codes, or is it just blowing the fuse with no CEL?

thecheck engine light is on, i am gonna hook the computer up to it tomorrow to see why, but the car isnt completely together yet, so there are plenty of things that could throw a code....but when this problem happened before i just changed out the pcm and it has worked fine ever since...i think the 2 pcms i have tried with this car are no good, i think one is a bad one from the other car...

my fuel pump fuse kept blowing out on me before as well, mine came from a gas leak, air was getting into one of the hoses from a small hole( would squirt out gas when shut off). I just replaced it with a another gas hose from my other neon tank and it worked out fine, then I had to just completely replace the tank with the other one because the part wear you twist the fuel pump in somehow got warped, hope some of that was helpful.

yeah i am gonna have to check that out today, when my last car kept doing it it was because one of the pins in one of the big plugs that goes into the pcm wasnt making good contact.

ok so i checked the codes, nothing but the battery one...replaced the fuel pump relay, still blows the fuse...no fuel leak, all wires look to be in good shape...when the fuse blows it cuts off power to the pcm and the obd-II doesnt work...says there is no connection, when you turn the ignition on you can hear the fuel pump prim itself...but once you crank it over it blows...its startin to **** me off
