i get a code 11, and auto zone said it means it skipped a tooth, so i put on a new timing belt, but I know nothing about how to adjust the timing. I just put it at tdc and swapped belts...

You need a serious tune-up if you are running 0-60 in 18 seconds.

How is your trans shifting? If the car is running anywhere near normal, you should see around 12 seconds 0-60 if not less.

You probably have bad compression due to the timing belt skipping a tooth and then bending some valves. You didn't say anything about replacing the valves or checking compression. All the tune-ups won't help if you have bent valves.
