Guys I finally got my car to the track last weekend.
I was a little disapointed.
I made 5 passes and my best time was a 16.074 @ 86.38mph my 60 ft was 2.395
ooh I dont know.
I guess for a 16 yr old kids first time at the track its not too bad.
I just wish I could have broke 15s.
I know I could have if I made more passes.(it was very crowded)
Plus I was only power shifting into 3rd and 4th I didn't want to break anything.
I thiught I was hooking up pretty good considering I have stock/burt up tires.
What do you guys think Is this time normal for my car/mods?

Oooo, the TB should help some. Also, are you launching hard? Don't just drop the clutch and expect to take off if you don't have slicks or sticky tires on there. I know people like the sound of the tires spinning, but that doesn't help at all in the 1/4 mile. Also look at how much gas you have in the tank. Full tank = extra weight!
