Default Help!!! No horn

First off, Thanks in advance to all that reply... OK my girlfriends '98 SOHC Neon's horn does not work. I have tested everything, but can't find the actual horn to test. Does anybody know the location of the horn?

Also her airbag light is on. Is there any other options I have besides taking it to the dealership?

Thanks.

You checked the relay and the fuse? The horn is located under the front bumper on the driver's side. You may have to remove your wheel and liner to get to it. You can test the horn relay by swapping it out with the fuel pump relay.

If the air bag light is on, i would look at the wiring harness from the steering coloumn. I would imagine that the air bag signal would come down the same wire pack as the horn.

Did you ever change your clockspring? That fixed mine on my 97.

OK I found the horn and tested it. It was bad. As far as the air bag. Nothing has been replaced in the air bag system. Is there any place I can go to get it scanned rather than the dealer? I tried autozone, they said they only test for engine codes.

Thanks

The airbags may not be working correctly, thats why the light is on. The dealer is the only one who can erase the light.

Behind the steering wheel. If it's broke your horn and/or cruise control will not work.
