Default Me back, some problems with my neon :(. Helpy.

Hello all,
Once again i am back to bother all of you with my questions .

First the darn left signal doesnt work properly, i apply brake and it gets stuck, or if i apply brakes it lights up without the turn signal on.
If i dont brake while or before turning it stays on and keeps blinking but than it just gets stuck the light on dashboard remains green, but signal doesnt flash either in front or on back.

2nd I saw under the car a pool of wet stuff right in the center of the front wheels, i am not sure what it could be. So can someone tell me what could have caused that pool and what is that stuff dripping.

3rd I would like to know which engine oil to buy from canadian tire or wallmart, old owner users some synthetic oil, is there any specific specks for oil for my neon? Also would like to get coolant premixed, but cannot find one, so anyone know where i can find one (ooh canadian users can reply to this one i guess).

4th The fan on dashboard blows hot air even when its off, as if its taking in air from the engine or something, any clue what could be wrong there, in summer its ok, but in winter it might be a problem.

More questions to follow after replies so be prepared .

Thanks

1) There is a switch that you can change in the steering coloumn to fix that.
2) Your descripition is a little vague, it could be oil, transmission fluid, rad fluid, power steering fluid... What color is it, what kind of consistancy is it?
3a) If it has been run with synthetic, stick with synthetic. I have heard that it isnt great to switch to a conventional oil from synthetic.
3b) If you want premixed they sell it at Canadian Tire, Walmart, Petro Canada, most places sell the premixed bottles. You will save lots of money getting the pure antifreeze though. Easiest thing to do is get 2 2l coke bottles and fill one up with antifreeze and the other with water. Then pour them into a 4l jug (milk jug or whatever) then voila you have a 50/50 mix. Plus you still have another 2l of anti-freeze that you can fill with water to make another 50/50 mix.
4) How hard does it blow? As long as you are moving there will always be air blowing through the vent. The reason it is hot air is just as you described. Its from the heat of the motor.

Does water have to be distilled water or special water?

The fluid i think is dark, blackish, not much of brown in it.

K will stick with synthetic but is there a brand or some other specs related to that?

It doesnt blow hard, its just hot air keeps coming it when driving.

Oh did i mention its a standard?

Checked engine oil again today, left car overnight no driving and checked in noon and saw the level sitting very close to max.

Checked power steering fluid also, it was full too.

Other than coolant and washer fluid (which both happen to be almost empty i couldnt see any fluid low.

Now i am worried, is there anything underneath that can leak also ?

the blowing is normal. As for oil, just use castrol. distilled water is best.

black usually means oil. How big of a spot are you talking?

Fill up that rad fluid.

Castrol is not a TRUE synthetic, but rather a synthetic blend or a Group III oil.

*Jumps on rant box*
True synthetics are classified as Group IV oils. They require the use a better base stock oil. Royal Purple, Castrol, and others are not a true synthetic because it is a Group III oil. Legally, oil manufacturer's can call their oil a synthetic if the they severely hydrocrack the oil breaking it down immensely. The true synthetics that are readily available in the US are: Mobil1, Amsoil, and Redline. I think the Pennzoil Platinum series is a true synthetic, but haven't confirmed this yet.
