Default Wheel Noise

I have a modifies 1997 Dodge Neon and I have been getting noise from the rear driver's side tire whenever I hit a bump, pothole, etc. I cannot locate the exact source of the problem. Any suggestions as to where to look?
Thanks.

tie rod or ball joint.....jack up the front of the car and wibble the wheel....while wiggling it, watch your outter tie rod and lower ball joint and see if they move

Does that work for the rear as well?

Also check your strut mount.
