well i thought that i would post some pics as the project is moving along...

i dont get my tranny until tomorrow, so hopefully tomorrow i will be putting it in along with the new clutch, new water pump, new timing belt and pulleys....then saturday i can mount the turbo and exhaust

today i got the intercooler on there and i mad my T fitting that will come out of the block and go to the oil sending unit for the gauge(which is on it in the pic) and the other end will be the oil feed for the turbo...

now i just have to wait for my fuel pump to get done and the intercooler piping to get here....

no thats not me, thats the wifes little bro, he loves my car and likes to help as much as possible

its not actually that big of an intercooler.....compared to some that ive seen anyways, its just the stock srt4 cooler....but it is comming along good so far, except for the fact that when i was cutting out the radiator support to make room for the intercooler i ended up cutting too much, so now i have to do a little welding......maybe

i will post some more pics tonite after i get some more work done....too bad i have to go to work now[:@]

 

well i replaced the water pump, timing belt, idler pulleys, and valve cover/tube seal gaskets....
i didnt get the trans today because of all the rain....so hopefully tomorrow.....and i will get my gaskets and spark plugs tonite, so im gonna mount the turbo tomorrow if i dont get the trans....

when i looked in my spark plug holes i noticed that the #1 plug was almost completely submerged in oil....so i think that might be the cause of the occasional misfire[&:]
