how much more torque does a 2.4L have?
~160

a 2.4L has around 160 torque, or 160 MORE? haha, im guessing 160 total torque
LOL...I didnt read your question correctly. The 2.4L engine from the mid-90's cars that will swap into the 1st gen neon, have about 165 ft/lbs of torque.

Thought the iceman company went outta business. Make your own CAI or check eBay.

spud: I thought people were putting SRT-4 engines into 1G's, shows how little I know.

They didn't go out of business, but they discontinued the 1st gen intake they made.

QuiK615, you are gonna have to hunt around on eBay.

the only cold air intake made for the neon was the iceman

every other "cold" air intake (AEM, K&N) just sits on top of the exhaust manifold picking up hot air only giving you probably 1 hp when the iceman would say give you 5

if you can't find one on ebay
you might as well build your own
it might not be as fancy as the iceman
but it works

Read THIS thread. It should answer alot of your questions about the 3.0L intake.

The ebay intake is flasier than stock, but not much better. The muffler is nice.
