what about changing my exoust pipes to 3 in?

theres no point unless your going to be running a turbo

the stock 2 1/4 exhaust is all you need
if you want...2.5 is good but you could put that money in other places before you put it into your exhaust

then just buy a long tube header for your DOHC

ok,will putting a glasspac on and run the pipes ot in front of the rear tires hurt?

but then again i've never met nor heard of anyone doing that to a neon

split the tubeing too both sides of the car and put two filters on.

that isnt necessary...but for the sake of being different, have at it....

there isnt any reason for a 3in. exhaust....even with a turbo.....unless its a very big one...
2.5in is all your ever gonna need on a neon
