there are alot of 2 door neons that have that combo.....any year from 95-99 will work
alot of r/t's do have them...but mine didnt....though my last 2 did.....
i dont have any good ones...the only 2 i will have are blue and have the speaker holes cut out.....
check junk yards or maybe ebay........as long as you can find some with the power locks or mirrors, you can cut out the opening for power windows like i did

open your door....find the big wire loom that goes from the door to the car....
pull off the end of the loom thats on the door......if there are a bunch of wires in there then your car is prewired for all the options.....
if you only have a couple wires, then you are gonna have a hell of a job ahead of you........
it will be pretty easy to just take the door panel, mirrors, lock mechanism, and the power window track and motor assembly.....just make sure to get the wire harness out of the door too...then you can just swap it all into your doors.....
there might be a slot for the fuse, but all the fuse boxes are basically universal......
if your car is prewired then make sure that after you install it all, remove the bottom of the dash and check out the fuse box.......there is a fuse in there for the windows...but there is also a slot for a fuse on the top of the box that you cant see when the dash is on it....i had this problem with mine...took me about an hour to realize that there was a fuse up there[&:]
