Default DOHC Head

im about to buy a dohc head from a guy on the .org, but before i do i want to know if i am gettin a deal or not....

well this is what he told me:
#4 piston their is 2 intake valves, either the 2 seals leak or the 2 valves are bad, so the head is good, just either 2 bad intake valves or 2 bad valve seals in the #4.

he said it was $100 shipped...." deal or no deal"[&:]?

its fairly heavy, so the shipping would be a bit expensive....
but when you get it, it might be a good idea to take it to a shop so they can magnuflux it to make sure there isnt a crack around that cylinder

I'd rather get a good head personally. But you may get a steal...who knows. Check his feedback in the proper forum.

The swap is pretty straightforward, same as the SOHC head just with two cams and gears now. I'm sure you know, but get some NEW head bolts...don't use your old ones.
