Default RE: 1988 Dodge D-150

Well ladies and gentlemen, the truck ran great for a few weeks and now is running EXACTLY like it was before the ecm change. I've put the truck in the paper and am going to end up losing my shirt on this truck because there is no fix to it. Chrysler is unbelievable. Every bad thing i've ever been told about their **** products is true, and their service is even worse than the crap they bolt on four wheels. ECM number five is now bad. I can't even look at the truck anymore. Dodge trucks are definately garbage. I gave'm a try, changed everything in this truck besides the engine and tranny, and it keeps going back to running like crap. Good luck to all you out there and thanks to all those who tried to give me advice. If your putting a post on this site it means your truck has a problem, your here for the same reason i am. Here is the only advice i can give you based on rebuilding almost an entire dodge truck. Admit to yourself you made a mistake, cut your losses while you can ( don't wait four months like 3k later like i did), and get a truck that when you research it online, you can find parts and fixes to everything. If you come across credible sites that say certain things with certain trucks go wrong all the time ( like it says about the white hunk of crap i bought) run as fast and as far as you can. believe me, you will not find a better looking 88 d150, or truck for that matter, than the one i bought. 54k, rock solid body, etc. But believe me, i learned there is a reason there is only 54k on the truck. So run from dodge as fast as you can. That was the advice i was given from a Mopar rep. Thanks for listening.
