'89 D150 318/Auto TBI: I swapped air cleaner assembly, removed pump, replaced complete exhaust with Hedman headers, dual 2.25" pipe to 40 series flowmasters between cab and the rear diff. 30 x 9.50 15 ATs on 15 x 8 steel wheels. Achieveing a whole 10.88 combined, 60 mph highway really sucks in the city not really a stop and go truck.

1989 D150 318 auto. I haven't tracked it in quite a while, but it was 17mpg doing a 20 mile highway commute. It needs some TLC to get the fuel mix right, so I think I can squeeze a bit more out of it.

13 mpg. I am putting better quality ignition parts into it (they are on the way) and headers. I hope that will up a little.

Right now it is 100% stock except for the wheels.
