did you check for both voltage and amperage or just one or the other?

Let me get this straight. One of the batteries that would not start the truck was fully charged. Is this correct? If this is so the problem is in the starting system not the charging system. Did you test the battery under a load? If not the test is not valid. Something is probably loose or dirty.

If this assumption is wrong please clarify for me so that I can help you.

it sound like your starter could be dieing. when a starter starts dieing it requires more power to turn over.

Since lets baja said nothing happened (IE: no clicking) I would think the starter motor is OK but the solenoid on it may be a problem.

dodge can be funny that way. my old 3.9 would never click even when the battery voltage was good or bad. it would either turn over or it wouldn't. you could take the starter in to be tested.

Hi,

I would also do a voltage drop test on the starting system to rule out any excessive resistance in the starting system wiring
