my truck idle fing in park but dies when put in gear

take a picture of the connector and where it is and post it so we can get a idea of where it goes.

if you cant click to see the picture then copy it and past it in a new tap and it will come up

You are going to have to try again with those pictures or put them on Photobucket or something.

I meant to check in my 1988 FSM to see if I could see where it might go but simply forgot about it with the holiday yesterday but I'll see if I can figure it out either later today or this weekend for you.

It could possibly be just an extra connection since very often the same wiring harness was used on multiple engine\option combinations.

Ok I was looking through my FSM and the oil pressure switch\sender is in that location near where that connector is laying...

It is hard to tell from your pictures but what color are the wires on the connector?
