Yes it could cause a vacuum leak...I always use a little lube on them when I put them into the intake so the o-rings do not "roll-up" when installing.

What do you use when you reinstall the injectors?

just use a little clean engine oil or cooking oil

So i looked all over the place for where that plug could plug into.I i thought since i bought new plugs i might as well get new wires, the problem is finding which plug goes to what plug terminal. Rookie mistake i didnt do them one at a time in my haynes manual it shows the closest terminal to the engine is cylinder 1 but my dist cap isnt in the same position as the manual so i have no idea what terminal is cylinder 1. heres a picture of how it looks, your looking at it facing the firewall

So turns out that the#1 cylinder spot is where the #8 spot is listed, found it out after 3 failed attempts. Does anyone have a tricks in removing a seized oxygen sensor? I have tried liquid wrench, vice grips, and a pneumatic hammer without success both while cold and heated up.

i am guessing trying to remove it while it is hot would be easier. i think there is a special socket to do the job.

Agree, there is a special socket to remove it.

But after you have used vice grips and and air hammer on it I don't know if that will work any more depending on how much damage you have done to the flats.

If you haven't damaged the flats where the socket would grip; you could use a cut-off wheel and cut off the top of the sensor just leaving the "nut" then find a regular socket to fit on it and try that.

Finally got it after heating the bung cherry red with a propane torch and used a combination wrench. I'm still having issues sucking air in from somewhere probably gonna take it in to get looked at unfortunately since i cant find where its coming from.

don't put the new one in that tight. i think i read somewhere that you are only suppose to tighten it not much tighter than hand tight.
