Default w150 finally needs an engine

After 275k miles the 318 is about to go. The crankshaft end play has gotten bad enough to were the flywheel is hitting something and it makes a bad metallic clicking.

As much as Id like to do a 360 or cummins swap, Im leaning towards keeping it simple with another 318. Its a 92 so a magnum, which means any magnum 318 should be fine to fit, right?

Wouldn't a 360 have been a direct bolt in?

Someone may correct me, but as I recall, the 360 has a different torque converter and left side motor mount.

The 360 is a simple enough swap with minor differences. Im not sure about the mounts, I believe they are the same. As far as the torque convertor, one is externally balanced and the other is internally balanced. I cant remember which is which. But the main reason Im not doing a 360 is because of the fuel injection, all that has to be changed and that starts getting expensive. Im keeping this as cheap as I can since I already have my go-fast truck (my cummins)

You can bolt a 360 in with washers on the driver side and all you have to do is pull one out of a Durango and it'll work perfect
