Default 84 Dodge Ram D100 Custom, stalling whenever

Hello All, I have a 1984 Dodge Ram D100 Custom, Slant 6 (225) 3.7 L , and it is stalling whenever it wants at low speeds (stopping, turning corners, going into reverse, any time when my foot is off the gas). Truck has been running and working fine for a long time, no problems. Changed plugs & wires, PCV, in the last year.
I have changed the fuel filter, then decided I need advice from you, what would you check out or replace. Do I have to get the Ram into a Auto Mechanic, without knowing the possible problems (?)
Thank-you for your time. Jim

Might be float isn't letting enough gas into the bowl. Choke might be sticking. May just need to adjust base idle......
