We had the same problem with bucking when in gear and driving. Unplugged the TCC solenoid connection to the PCM and solved the problem. Now trying to find out what sensors cause the PCM to activate the TCC solenoid and lockup the torque converter.

it could be the idle control motor. i would maybe try taking it apart and cleaning/greasing it. i am almost certain i read something about plastic gears stripping but couldn't find it. you can see what the motor does in that video. i would try cleaning it then re-adjusting it with the procedure i posted earlier. the idle control motor should be able to move the throttle down to where it needs to be.
Well I took apart cleaned it once already put little bit grease in before putting back together just seems like it won’t go in as far as it should and moves really slow too and hesitates almost so idk ha I got new one ordered gotta pick up tomorrow $90 ha ha
After watching that video mine seems to stick out way farther and I adjusted the screw far in as could and still out really far like said when unplugged it it idles a lot lower but still high now and as mentioned last comment it seems like it barely moves at all and hesitates
