Any decent exhaust shop should be able to bend one up for ya.

Out of stock everywhere I have looked, and haven't been produced since 2017. You aren't going to find one. Getting one made is your only option.

Why can't you move the truck?

Have you checked Fleabay? Any competent shop can make you one. Why won't the truck move? It should run, just be LOUD. Do you have a manual or automatic. If nothing else, get a tow dolly and tow it over to the shop.

You may also want to take a look at the exhaust manifold too. They have been known to crack.

I made my own. Same truck and engine. I bought a new flange and gasket, and went digging at a local exhaust shop after hours for some real nice "stainless"/stainless blend pipe off of MUCH newer vehicles that apparently ditched stock single exh for duals....I found some various bends and a couple of fairly long straight sections.
Add a sawzall and a MIG and a little time. I will say I cheat.... I have a 2 post lift of my own, makes it tons easier.
