91 D150 w/A518 Trans Slip Yoke U-Joint
Yep...the Joint fits perfectly into the shaft side
So everything I can find and measure says the yoke I got is for the 46RH/A518 trans, it also fits into the transmission perfectly and measures identical to the yoke I took out.
Of course I'll be honest I can't take anything on this truck at face value as far as correct, this truck was through a rough life before I got it. It was wrecked and then poorly repaired before I got it, still had a bent frame when I got my hands on it (which I had professionally repaired so all good there now), and some other odds and ends on the truck that were just weirdly slapped together...
I also had a message out to the MFG of the yoke I bought, they finally got back to me with "We've seen this before, we usually just grind down the machined surfaces until it slips in or use a weaker greaseable joint" lol. I've not had much U-joint experience, are greaseable joints without caps shorter than non-greaseable? Even if the overall (with caps) measurements are identical, I wouldn't think so but I've been known to make incorrect assumptions before

Well, the greasable fellers are hollow..... and I think the ends of the cross are chamfered, for better grease flow... that might make a difference. I am just curious how they got the original one in there, that you had to cut out.....
Honestly if I had to guess, a large hammer lol. Guess I will order and try a greaseable one and if that doesn't work just have to grind the sides down hopefully evenly to prevent unbalance
