The battery is always charged up really good when this happens and yes they click without the engine running until I turn off the switch. But this is the first time that I couldn't get spark from the coil.

It really shouldn't do that. Do you have a scanner that you can plug in, and see what the PCM thinks engine RPM is while that's happening?

No, I don't have a scanner. The problem now is that it won't start. I mean without it running, it won't go into the misfiring mode. The only time all the injectors click is when it starts misfiring and then stalls. It makes no sense to me. Could a bad ignition coil cause the problem? Like I said...the coil won't fire now. Can I test the coil with a ohm meter and if I can, how would I go about doing that? What should the readings be. I really can't afford the process of elimination. I thank you for helping me.

Bad ignition coil won't cause that, no. Something else weird is going on.

I can't find specs for coil resistance..... They are out there somewhere, but, I am running out of time. Got a birthday party to go to. (grandson.)

Well I went out there a little bit ago and tried it and it started but it will not rev up and it's popping through the pipes really bad. Could it be the crank sensor or maybe the computer?

Could it be a corroded wire that goes to the crank sensor?
