Front Brakes
You said "Orginal Rotors" meaning they where on it when you got it or original Chrysler rotors? From what seen on ra they have this listed...
Front; Chrysler Rear Axle
Front; Dana 60; 5,000, 5,800 lb rear Axle
Front; Dana 60; 6,200 lb Rear Axle
What do you have? There are different versions of the 2500. The rotor is thinner on the lighter versions. It's possible somebody put on the wrong rotor.

I purchased the truck new, it is the 8510# GVW package, with the Cummins Diesel.
The rotors are orginal, with 8 lug nuts, 12" in dia and are about 11/8" thick, the rear drums are 12".
I have all the orginal paper work, nothing about rear axle.
Thank you for your reply

Yes.
3500# suspension is the light one. Shares bearings with the 5-lug. Hub/rotor is a single unit.
3800-4000# is the heavy. Comes as SRW or dually. Same rotor, but hubs are different. All cummins trucks have the heavy spec.
