Default Need help and ideas

So looking for any ideas that people on here might have to help me figure out my issue. I have a 89 dodge w150 5.2 throttle body. The issue is that for some reason my asd relay keeps going bad and have check voltage and looked for corrosion but all good. Please if anyone has some ideas that I could check would be greatly appreciated. Also put a new fuel pump in it back in the fall. I can't keep throwing relays at it and just getting to the point of just very pissed off cause I need it as its my plow truck for here in the upper peninsula.

High resistance in one of the circuits then. Which one though? Good question.

Going bad as in not working, Is it the coil or the contacts? The asd relay powers the 02 sensor, injectors, fuel pump and ignition coil. If it's the contact side you could test(amp probe) and see which of these is pulling to many amps. Coil side i would suspect it could be the relay manufacture as it's not up to factory specs. What brand asd have you been using? I know Bosch was the manufacture of the relays in some other mopar stuff but don't know about the first gen's.

im not sure what brand i have a bought a few lately just to keep being able to plow my house out since we get alot of snow up here. So the last time it would stay running no problem as long as i didn't shut it off cause then it wouldn't wanna restart without a new relay. But yesterday it just stalled out right in the middle of my neighbors driveway and wouldn't restart. Tried another relay but got nothing and just driving me crazy. Im no expert but good at working on **** and really dont mind wiring just dont know where to start

Was the issue happening before the new fuel pump?

Need to find out if it's the coil(in the relay) or the contacts that are failing. Can you see any signs of heat on the connector/wires? If you still have one that is not working see if you can take the cover off and have a look. If it's sealed use a hack saw blade to cut around the housing to get it apart.
