Who here actually owns a truck?
This thread got me wondering. At what point or weight do you cut out the O/D. I've pulled a couple 6X12 U-hauls and not used the O/D. Short of weighing the trailer I guess its a guess at best?
thats actually a good question i would love to know the answer to that too
i work at a tire store and we have a massive inventory. only about 40% of it fits in our store. the other 60% we keep in a self storage unit just behind our building. we rent something like 18 different storage units to store the rest of our inventory. and the thing is we get trucks with new tires every tuesday, wednesday and friday, and each truck contains 2-400 tires, so every week we are receiving upwards of 800-1200 tires. we unload the tires at the store, and then have to transport certain kinds down to the storage bins. this is how we do it. my truck is the red one and has between 40 and 50 tires laced in the back of it. the blue one is my buddy's and has just under 100 loaded in the back

they are lavender-scented tires, and we put 2 of them on the rear of his car and he smoked the **** out of them. it smelled amazing. yea kinda off topic but thought it was pretty funny haha too bad they dont make them for trucks!
haha speaking of doing burnouts (this is kinda off topic but its entertaining) this guy i used to work with drove a pretty built nissan 240 and we each pitched in like 10 bucks each and got him a set of these to put on the back of his car
