my neck and back hurts

any ideas pertaining to what i should do?

 

Make the claim, but for sure, tell them your neck and back hurts.

 

Yea, definately complain about your neck and back, it will only hurt more as time goes on. Make them pay for all your visits to the chiropractor and any lost work that may insue due to it. Oh yea make them fix your truck too

ya get everything you can out of him. i know it sounds bad but hey its his fault for hitting you. also make them pay for a rental car while your truck is in the shop.

If your pain is legit, see a doctor ASAP!!! Make a copy of all paperwork from the doc's office and keep it filed. You will need it when you go to court.

i dont believe in faking injury for profit.
