true deisel cost more, but you get almost twice the fuel effeciency. Why do you think alot of Hotshot delivery trucks are dodge cummins, they get about 25mpg, the more you mod the cummins the better your MPG gets

all that talk about a hemi not fitting between the frame rails of a dakota is bs. a 440 rb engine and a 426 hemi engine are the same size at the block the only size difference is the hemi heads are almost twice as wide. i have a 2001 dakota quad cab with a 440 big block in it. it was a strait forward and pretty simple install. the dash needs some work but other than that it runs really good, and can click off a 10.73 @ 131 mph spinning to the 660 mark. needless to say i cant go back to the track untill i get a cage. i would add pics to this post but they are to large. but if you want to see them just pm me with your email.
