its really NOT a hard process, the less powder put on, the better it turns out... just powder them enough to cover...

I'd seriously do that..

aaaaaaaaaaand, if you make this as bad *** as you say, but you make the truck look tacky, I will slap you...

Decided on a Color Lime Green For axles and Chrome Diff Covers! I think it will look awesome.

As For some stuff:
Will be ordering on my next cheque.

Rotors, Calipers and Pads for the rear. My Disk Brake brackets actually came in today!

Have 46" leafs coming (Thanks Johnny!)

Still Need Shackles for the Mounting. The axles Have the gears, just need to do the setup right now. The rear is waiting on a new carrier since I received a open carrier versus and LS.

! Keep an eye on this thread more to come soon!

-Two 3/8" caliper brackets (no they are not bent and they do not need to be)

-New grade 8 bolts/nuts and a set of lock washers (throw the old rusty greasy ones away. Or better yet add them to your portable bolt bin that you carry on your tow rig)

As for the tranny it will hold. It's be rebuilt. Also, i have a high gearing going in, 5.38. Which will make it easy to turn everything... If something breaks it breaks. Il buy it new.

Rebuilt, shift kit, high quality bands. It holds up to the torque right now, and does a pretty good job of me beating on it lol.

nice, mine is rebuilt with heavy duty clutch packs and bands with a special built HD torque converter. good thing to know people in the business to get the job cheap. im looking at the transgo shift kit. eventually im going to drop in the 5.9 v8, i dont plan on getting rid of the truck.
