IMPO, the parallel would be your best bet, not as expensive, and you dont really need the suspension travel the tri-4 gives.

the big thing to know, when you do this, you have to do it with your bed removed, and set your ride height before you do any measuring, easiest way is to support your frame in the rear with a jack, and once you unbolt the leafs, lower the frame until you have the height you want, tack weld a bar from the frame to the axle to keep it at the proper height, then you can measure mount, tack weld.after you tck, double check everything, mount the coils, tighten any adjustable bars, and cut the bar off the frame and axle, then you can re-check everything, before you do the final welding

the first is the parallel bars and the second is a panhard kit,

http://www.suicidedoors.com/shock-re...ck-mounts-pair
and here is a shock mount bracket, if im not mistaken coil-overs mount the same as shocks do.

check the site out they do have stuff that may be interesting for ya

also i know a guy who did a shockwave kit on his quad cab 5.9, looks killer, i'll find pics for ya

leafs suck when you really wanna race, drag or track
a 4 link with progressive coil-overs will put the power to the ground much more effectively. and give a smoother ride.
the best racecars these days all run coils, period,
leafs can actually twist under high power applications, causing wheelhop and axlewrap,
thats only if they don't snap under the pressure

the 60's was a long time ago

would that same setup work for durangos as well? I wanted to go bags in the front but it seemed stupid to only have the front on bags

yup will work on the 'rangos as well,

if you guys want the ultimate in suspension performance, its proven that AIR is the absolute best, you dont have to lay out like i want to, but if you run shockwaves, you will be able to change your height and stiffness instantly from the drivers seat

i do have to admit that i dont have much experince at drag racing, but i have spent a lot of time around drag racing.
yes i know that 4 link works good. what iam trying to say is both have there place . but the hemi cudas are going mid 8s, with LEAF SPRINGS. just cause some people cant get leafs to work doesnt mean it cant work. you just have to do it the way chrysler lines out in there books. i think that some people are stuck in the " the factory cant do anything right, so ill do it better" rut. i knew some guys that raced maxi-wedge cars. two of them thought that cause holey made a biger size carb than mopar put on the maxi-wedge i should go faster. guess what .4 slower. my dad used to say "dont out trick yourself"
