Default P0601- Where to buy new PCM

I have a P0601, and have been directed to replace the PCM

local dealership wants $739

part # r6040348ag list @ $718.38, sell for $614.00; additional core charge of $125.00

from what i have just found online, the R in the number quoted from dodge is reman!

do we have a parts hookup here on this site? if not, can i get a new one cheaper somewhere else? what about remanufactured?

will i need to get the new pcm programmed on top of that? if so, how much is the going rate for reprogramming?

yeah it wont, if im not mistaken, cali requires the VIN programmed on the VIN to match the one on the vehicle, let alone it has to be the same year or newer PCM (or program if it makes a difference).
