more on lowering the R/T
well as you know i am gonna lower the blue beast this spring. coils aught to to it up front. out back is where i am having a dilemma. i was originally going to go with lowering blocks but the things i hear about wheel hop and axle wrap are a nightmare. aaaand, since i still want to take her to the track, i need something that's gonna lower the a$$ end and not lose what little hooking power i have. other than a TVS or a 4 link (which get mad expensive) is there a place you know of that i can get just a new set of leaves that lower an R/T 2"? i don't want to unpack my leaves and remove one making some kind of bastardized 'franken'-leaf" so basically i am looking for a set of lowered leaves PLUS a place that makes something to the effect of Cal-traks but for a lowered suspension. no ladder bars, no blocks, no shackles, no TVS. thanks!
P.S:
i know it was a PITA reading all that so here's a funny picture to make it all worth it.

Ya after i saw his leafs he got i want them now...
but i dont want to go through the gay hassle of getting my caltrac bushing out of the old ones and destroying them...
otherwise i would be all other them..
Get the leafs, they actually have a BETTER load rating then the stock r/t leafs, since the factory 1in drop was dodge removing one leaf.
then after you get those drop leafs, get a set of cal-tracs (they act like a 4link system) and they offer the caltracs in a style for lowerd trucks.. it what i have, along with spidey.
and a set of drop shocks, I use Toxic Drop Shocks they are very stout, or you can spend alot and get a set of adjustable QA1s good for track and street.
and a simple set of 3in drop coils up front for a 2in drop on your r/t will be perfect. Its what i have now, and i use the toxic shocks up front also.
My 275/50/17s don't rub up front with a 2in drop.
