Default Coil Spacers??

ok so ive been lookin for a cheap way to lift my dak. really just want to level out the front end, then ill see about possibly doin a add a leaf in the back. been lookin at a set of coil spacers on ebay (link below) i no i cant get a body lift cause ive got a brush guard attached to my frame. its a 2wd 4.7L does anyone hav any experience with the coil spacers, are they good, i dont care that much about ride quality its a truck, if i was to get them would i need to get any new parts like control arms or anything

On 2wd like he's got it will. When my truck was 2wd I installed them. They work and hold good. One on top and one on the bottom and your set. Several sizes available. I would go to www.summitracing.com to buy them. Type in coil spacer. Here is one. Way cheaper then those on ebay. http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

4in may be pushing it. But it just depends on what you buy. 1 4in spacer. or 2 2in spacers (one on top and one on the bottom).

with 2" spacers (1 on each side) you wont need any other parts. an alignment is highly recommended. from what ive read if you go 3" or more in the front you need to replace the upper A arm with a lifted one. I havent tried it but 2" on each side is fine. Let us know how it turns out!
